There were two moments in the episode that brought me very close to bawling out loud. One of them was the line about the adult diapers; the other was when House tipped his few remaining Vicodin out of the bottle and then set them aside for Wilson when it was clear he truly needed one for himself. Those were both moments of pure and genuine love, and you bring that out so clearly in this story.
