I disagree with cuddyclothes; this is the same woman who apparently didn't do anything when her husband was "discipling" their son. In "Daddy's Boy", House describes her as "just like everyone else, nice enough, great sense of humour, hates confrontation." I don't think she'd visit House in prison for the reasons you've given.
