Terrific. So very realistic, and surrealistic, and possible. I love how Foreman backed down at House's very reasonable explanation of why he allowed Wilson to do chemo at home (despite the fact that it was an utterly crack!fic idea in the first place from writers who really ought to know better....but I digress).
