This was quite enjoyable. You know, I could never put my finger on why the way House/Cuddy finally happened didn't ring completely true to me, and now I get it - Wilson was missing. Of course, the show wouldn't have morphed into threesome slash (as it looks like your story will - YAY!), but it just didn't make sense that only Cuddy would be worried about House after something like that.
I think you did a great job of capturing how codependent and screwed up and kind of perfect their little trio is. I'm really impressed with how quickly you created sexual tension between Cuddy and Wilson, and yet despite the speed of it, it felt organic. I also liked how you explained away Sam and Lucas: it's not that they're not loved, it's just that it doesn't come close to how much Wilson and Cuddy love House, and once that realization is reached, those other relationships are pretty much over.
I'm off to read the sequel now, and I'm looking forward to it.
