OT what a fitting icon, did you make it yourself? It's so hard to get any with House smiling.

Well, i can't claim any artistic credit because all I did was crop it from a screencap but yes :) It is probably just me projecting because I was so uneasy about the whole baseball bat thing but I thought that was particularly creepy smile on House's face while he was watching Adams.
