Something that had been missing in his life for far too long. He looks at the phone. It's Australia Day. A day off, a picnic in the park, the cricket at Adelaide, a summer's day. Outside the snow is still falling, blanketing the ground. Idly he picks up his phone and surfs to a travel site, starts checking out flights to Australia. Maybe it's time to go home.
