I did wonder how Foreman-as-Dean would go, given Foreman's spectacular failure to 'control' House twice now, I like that he realised that trying to do so wasn't going to work. They had some nice chemistry in this episode, and I've liked Foreman more since he showed concern for House in season 6 finale, season 7 opener.
Now they just have to find something better for Chase to do and I'll be happy....
