Now this has made me wonder... is Blythe assuming that Thomas is House's father even if she's not 100% sure, because if House goes to her with the paternity test and says 'this guy isn't my dad' then she could say 'oh yes well it might have been this other guy then.' The one who *looks* like House. ;) But I guess in her mind, if House doesn't care to know then she won't bring it up.
