The missing scene between Adams and Foreman was quite perfect, and I found that your view of Adams' viewpoint made her much more interesting and likable than canon did. I'm also impressed by the details, I would not think of Foreman as "not overly tall" but of course it's quite right, especially in the eyes of someone like Adams. It was nice to see how they both tried to hide their liking for House, while being very interested in him - because after all they both know that this isn't about a job, it's about House.
As for him needing extra painkillers and coming up with the only solution available in prison, that's very, very believable too, besides a great callback to one of the most powerful moments of canon, the final answer I think to any doubts that House needs serious painkillers (even though Vicodin still seems to be a weird answer in his case).
