I think this should be a the universally accepted story header. :)
I liked the r realistic sense of bleakness spreading over House at the beginning. Alongside of the name carving thing (you so know House would do that) it feels like he is just waiting for the other shoe to drop. And then he sees Wilson's eye twinkle and suddenly it is all OK, even before the kiss.
