I'm only reiterating other comments as I'm a bit braindead this evening, but yes: sweet, and sad. And a wonderfully unique look at Wilson, House, the pills from a novel viewpoint. Very nicely done. I think I like best, the longing from House as Wilson's pain ebbs away, and Wilson's not letting them go back down that path in the last. And young Wilson is adorable :)
